Ingredients

8 mozzarella sticks, halved

½ lb cooked ground beef (seasoned)

4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

Optional: sesame seeds, parsley, dipping sauces
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.

Flatten biscuit dough into circles.

Add beef, bacon, cheese, and half a mozzarella stick to each.

Wrap dough around filling, pinch to seal.

Place seam-side down, brush with butter, and sprinkle garlic powder.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and serve with sauce.
