Golden, gooey bacon cheeseburger bombs filled with mozzarella sticks and wrapped in buttery biscuit dough. A cheesy, family-friendly appetizer everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 8 mozzarella sticks, halved

  • ½ lb cooked ground beef (seasoned)

  • 4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Optional: sesame seeds, parsley, dipping sauces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Flatten biscuit dough into circles.

  • Add beef, bacon, cheese, and half a mozzarella stick to each.

  • Wrap dough around filling, pinch to seal.

  • Place seam-side down, brush with butter, and sprinkle garlic powder.

 

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and serve with sauce.
