Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
8 oz filtered water
Optional: dash of cayenne or raw honey
Instructions
1. Pour filtered water into a glass.
2. Add the apple cider vinegar
3. Squeeze in lemon juice.
4. Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
5. Stir well until salt dissolves.
6. Drink in the morning before meals..
Notes
Always use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for full benefits.
