Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix butter, flour, brown sugar, and salt until crumbly.

Press evenly into a parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking pan.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, then cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.

Pour the mixture over the warm crust.
3️⃣ Add the Apple Layer

In a small bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
4️⃣ Make the Streusel Topping

Mix flour, oats, and brown sugar.

Cut in butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle over the apples.
5️⃣ Bake and Chill

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set.

Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
