Ingredients

1 lb chicken sausage, sliced

1 ½ cups orzo pasta

2 cups broccoli florets

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups chicken broth

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Salt, pepper & red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions

Brown sausage in olive oil; remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic, then add orzo and toast 1–2 min.

Add broth and simmer 10 min, stirring often.

Add broccoli in the last 5 min of cooking.

Stir in sausage, Parmesan, and lemon juice.

Season to taste and serve warm.
