These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are the ultimate viral sweet treat! 🍓🍫 Juicy strawberries are mixed with creamy Greek yogurt, frozen into bite-sized clusters, then coated in rich melted chocolate. A crunchy, creamy, and fruity snack that’s refreshing, healthy-ish, and irresistibly delicious. Perfect for summer days, meal prep, or when you’re craving something sweet without the guilt.

  • Total Time: ~1 hour
  • Yield: 12–15 clusters

Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)

• 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain, sweetened to taste)

• 2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

• 2 cups dark or milk chocolate (chips or chopped)

• 1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

• Flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

1. Mix the filling:

• In a bowl, combine diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey/maple syrup. Stir until strawberries are evenly coated.

2. Scoop into clusters:

• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

• Drop spoonfuls of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the sheet, forming small clusters.

• Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.

3. Melt the chocolate:

• In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

4. Dip the clusters:

• Remove clusters from the freezer. Dip each into melted chocolate (or spoon chocolate over them) until fully coated.

• Place back on parchment paper.

5. Optional topping:

• Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets for a sweet-salty touch.

6. Freeze & serve:

• Return to freezer for another 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens.

• Enjoy straight from the freezer for a crunchy, creamy, fruity treat!

Notes

• For extra sweetness, use vanilla yogurt or add honey/maple syrup.

• Swap strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or even chopped bananas for variety.

• Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer — they’ll keep for up to 2 weeks.

• Let sit at room temp for 1–2 minutes before eating for the perfect creamy bite.
