2 chicken breasts (sliced into strips)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (6–7 min). Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.

Pour in cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.

Add chicken back in, toss with cooked pasta.

Garnish with parsley and cracked black pepper. Serve hot!
