Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced into strips)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (6–7 min). Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Pour in cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.

  • Add chicken back in, toss with cooked pasta.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and cracked black pepper. Serve hot!
