8 oz spaghetti or linguine

1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)

4 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Juice of ½ lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add shrimp, cook until pink (about 3 mins each side).

Toss shrimp with pasta, lemon juice, and parsley.

Serve hot with parmesan on top.
Notes

Sauce too thick? Add a splash of chicken broth or milk to loosen it.

No fresh herbs? Use 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning instead.
