Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows

  • 2 tbsp molasses

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp cloves

  • White chocolate drizzle & sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.

  2. Add molasses, brown sugar, and marshmallows; stir until smooth.

  3. Mix in spices.

  4. Add Rice Krispies; stir until coated.

  5. Press into a greased 9×13 pan.

  6. Cool, drizzle with white chocolate, and slice into squares.

Notes

  • Don’t overheat marshmallows — they’ll turn hard.

  • Use cookie cutters for festive shapes.
