Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade

1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into slider-size pieces

¼ cup pure maple syrup (Grade A Amber)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken pieces and mix until well coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Cook the Beef Bacon

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

Lay beef bacon strips on the rack and bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.

Drain on paper towels.
