8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups cooked noodles (ramen, rice noodles, or soba)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 small red bell pepper, sliced

1 carrot, julienned

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger; cook for 2–3 minutes until pink.

Add veggies and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Toss in noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir until well coated.

Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
