1 cup filtered water (room temperature or warm)

½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Instructions

Fill a glass with 1 cup of filtered water.

Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.

Add raw honey if desired for sweetness.

Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
