Ingredients
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup brewed green tea (cooled) or 1 tsp matcha
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
1/2 cup almond or oat milk
1 tsp raw honey or agave (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness.

Notes
Use matcha for more caffeine and antioxidants. Add protein powder for a post-workout shake.
