Ingredients
Garlicky Salmon & Broccoli Skillet

2 salmon fillets (4–6 oz each)

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp lemon zest
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: red chili flakes
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until flaky.

Remove salmon and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and broccoli. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender.

Add lemon zest and juice. Stir.

Return salmon to skillet, top with chili flakes if using, and serve hot.
